Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse police are looking into a suspicious death.
Police say they found a man's body on the ground Sunday morning on East Fayette Street.
Police say the man was injured and died because those injuries were not attended to. An autopsy of the man will be conducted by the Medical Examiner’s Office to determine a more accurate case of death.
