Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse police are investigating an armed robbery in broad daylight during Winterfest.
Police say a man pulled a gun on a woman on Clinton Street near Walton St in Armory Square about 1:00 p.m. Sunday. Police say the man stole the woman's wallet before running away. Officers say they searched the area, but the robber got away.
The victim described the robber as a black man with lighter skin, 5’05” tall and, approximately 30 years old. She told police he was wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, a black ski mask and blue jeans.
