Albany, N.Y. - A state employee is suspended for her behavior on a Delta flight from JFK to Syracuse.
A viral video recorded by a passenger from Rochester. It shows the woman complaining about the passenger's crying baby and telling a flight attendant she works for the governor, then threatening the flight attendant's job.
The woman is Susan Peirez. She is a program director for the state Council on the Arts. A spokesperson for the council says that Peirez has been suspended following her behavior. The video has more than one-and-a-half-million views on Facebook so far.
