Star Witness In Cuomo Aide Trial: I’m In A Boatload Of Trouble

New York - The Star Witness in the corruption trial of Governor Cuomo's most trusted confidante admits that after his arrest Thursday night he is in 'a boatload of trouble.'

In his first day on the stand since being arrested for violating his bail agreement, Ex-Lobbyist Todd Howe also tried to roll back his testimony that he tried to scam his way out of a $600 stay at the swanky Waldorf-Astoria hotel. The potential credit-card fraud was what led Fed to suspect Howe had broken the law -- thus violating his deal with them to keep his nose clean.

Howe says he helped former Cuomo Aide Joseph Percoco line his pockets for his influence in State Government So Fayetteville's COR Development could skirt using union workers at a Hotel in Syracuse's Inner Harbor.
