United Radio in DeWitt is restructuring and some workers could be effected.
The move could affect 30 workers but when all is said and done the change may mean only 10 people lose their jobs.
Company President Phil Rubentein says the restructuring will eliminate some services that have not been profitable for the company.
United Radio was approved earlier this month for $250,000 in tax breaks for an expansion, that the company told county officials would create 35 jobs.
A plan to expand is still under consideration and Rubenstien says they have not taken advantage of those tax breaks yet.
