Oswego County Sheriffs have arrested a Syracuse man for having sex with underage children.
Justin Daily, 32, of Syracuse was arrested and charged with having sex with two separate victims, both under the age of 11. The incidents happened between late 2008 until the middle of 2009.
He is being held in Oswego County Jail on $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond, and is scheduled back in court on February 12.
