A Brewerton man is in critical condition after an accident on the westbound lane of the Thruway late Wednesday night.
State Police said a tractor trailer hit a disabled pickup truck that was in the road near exit 32. Police identified the driver of the pickup as Brett Sullivan, age 34. Sullivan was air lifted to Upstate University Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the tractor trailer , Jeffrey Ross, 64 was treated for minor injuries.
The accident occurred around 11:08 Wednesday night in the westbound lanes of the Thruway between exit 31 and 32.
The accident remains under investigation.
