Syracuse, N.Y. - Perennial pervert Garrett Monds was busted again. This time for recording women in the bathroom at Destiny USA.
According to City Court Papers, Monds was charged with felony unlawful surveillance last month. He is accused of using a cell phone to record a women in the bathroom on the second floor of the mall's canyon area in December. This incident took place before his most recent arrest incident for recording women in the bathroom at Syracuse University a few weeks ago.
Last year, Monds is also accused of similar behavior at the Rite Aid warehouse on Henry Clay Boulevard where he worked and at OCC where he had been taking classes.
Monds hasn't posted bail, yet, since his arrest for the incident at SU. Due to the Destiny USA incident, his bail is being raised from $25,000 to $35,000.
