New York - Testimony of the star witness in the corruption trial of a former Cuomo Aid and a pair of Syracuse Developers continues today.
Todd Howe has admitted to prosecutors that he helped Steven Aiello and Joseph Girardi grease the skids in State Government through Gov. Cuomo's right-hand-man Joseph Percoco.
Interestingly, Prosecutors tried to submit a clip from the show 'The Sopranos' as evidence yesterday but a judge didn't allow it. Howe testified that Percoco ripped off the HBO Show's code-word of 'ziti' when talking about their $300,000 bribary scheme.
