North Syracuse, N.Y. - North Syracuse educators are looking into a bathroom brawl video that is going viral on the internet.
The video seems to show two students fighting in a bathroom at the junior high school. The North Syracuse School District issued a statement saying it just became aware of the video over the past weekend and have reported it to the Onondaga Sheriff's Office.
The students haven't been publicly identified.

The District became aware over the weekend of an altercation between two students at the Junior High School. As a result of this incident, the student disciplinary process has been initiated and the matter has been reported to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office, which is now involved in investigating this matter. The District has increased security within the building and will continue to cooperate with law enforcement to make sure that appropriate action is taken against anyone who is responsible for inappropriate conduct toward others.
The North Syracuse Central School District is committed to ensuring that all students are provided a safe and appropriate learning environment. Those that do not comply with this expectation will be dealt with appropriately. - North Syracuse Superintendent Annette Speach
