A Whitestown man is facing charges for having sexual contact with a child.
Oneida County Child Advocacy investigators say they've arrested 61-year-old Paul True on Monday and charged him with first degree sexual abuse. True is accused of contact with a female under the age of 13. He was released on bond pending trial. The victim has been offered services with the Child Advocacy Center.
