Rome police have an Illinois man in custody after he was allegedly found with an abducted teen.
Police say they found 27-year-old Dakota Adair and a missing 16-year-old girl at the Red Roof Inn on Lawrence Street yesterday morning. He was charged with statutory rape and police say he will likely face more charges.
The teen wasn't hurt and as of yesterday Adair was being held behind bars.
