DeWitt, N.Y. - A 77-year-old woman remains in the hospital fighting for her life after being hit by a pickup truck in the parking lot of the DeWitt Wegmans.
Police say that she was hit walking towards the store just before 4:15 p.m. Wednesday. She was rushed to Upstate Hospital with life threatening injuries.
The driver of the pickup is cooperating with police and their investigation.
