Syracuse, N.Y. - Two 15-year-old boys are accused of gunning down another 15-year-old this summer.
Knowledge Powell and Hassani Ramazani have been indicted in the shooting death of Akil Williams in July. Powell and Ramazani are charged as juvenile offenders and face a lower minimum sentence than adults -- but could still spend the rest of their life in prison.
Tragically, Williams has a brother, Vikal, who is serving a prison stint for murdering a 32-year-old when he was 15-years-old.
