Man Arrested For Shooting A Syracuse Man In The Face

Syracuse N.Y. - Charges are being filed against a man accused of shooting another man in the face in Syracuse. 

Syracuse Police arrested Justin Williams on Friday and he was arraigned Monday on assault and weapons possession charges. Williams is accused of shooting a 31-year-old man in the face in April. He's also accused of shooting a handgun in unrelated incident in June. 

Williams is being held in the Justice Center on $50,000 bail.
