Geddes, N.Y. - A 24-year-old Parolee has been arrested for murdering a Liverpool man last month.
The family of Jacob Giarrusso reported him missing on Nov. 18th. After a two day search he was found stabbed to death in his car at a Liverpool Apartment complex. Jacob Stanton charged with murder, weapons possession, evidence tampering, and petit larceny in Giarruso's death.
Investigators say Stanton, who is currently on parole for a robbery, stabbed Giarrusso with a knife and then moved his body to the apartment complex.
