Syracuse, N.Y. - The son of the Syracuse Police Chief is going to prison.
Frank Fowler Jr. admitted to breaking into a home on Mayar Street on Syracuse's Northside where he bit, grabbed, and pulled a woman through a window during a burglary. Fowler plead guilty to a lower level burglary charge in exchange for two years in prison.
Fowler has had many run-ins with the law. He served a year in prison after a burglarizing a Clay home in 2015. Shortly after being released from prison he was arrested again on drug charges in July of 2016.
