A special Oneida County sheriff's task force arrest a Westmoreland man for child sex abuse.
David Seelman is accused of having sexual contact with a female under the age of 11, and is charged with first degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a minor. Seelman's arrest resulted from an investigation by the Oneida County Advocacy Center, led by state police investigator Kelly Myers. Seelman is being held in the Oneida County Jail on 20 thousand dollars cash bail or bond.
