North Syracuse, N.Y. - A Florida high school soccer coach who fled to Central New York with a teenage girl is being ordered back to his home state.
A judge in Syracuse ordered the extradition of Rian Rodriguez to Florida to face the charge of interference with child custody. Rodriguez and 17-year-old Caitlyn Frisina were found in a strip mall last Friday by a state police officer after a nationwide search.
Frisina had been missing for a week from her home in Columbia County.
