Syracuse police arrest a teenager who stole a car and then refused to stop when police tried to stop him.
Officers observed the stolen car at the corner of Hovey Street and Midland Avenue and attempted to stop the car, but the driver refused to pull over. The driver eventually stopped and tried to run off before he was arrested. The 14-year-old is charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and resisting arrest. The teen was released to his parents on an appearance ticket.
