Onondaga County sheriff's detectives are investigating the death of a woman in East Syracuse.
Deputies and investigators arrived at the scene at the Carrier Circle Motel 6 around 1am when an employee reported a woman down in the parking lot who deputies say was found dead. Detectives consider the death suspicious and are working now to investigate the facts and circumstances of the woman's death. The victim's name has not yet been released.
