Baldwinsville Schools Placed On Lockdown

Baldwinsville, N.Y. - Baldwinsville Students were sent home late Tuesday after a lockdown at the end of the day.

Officials posted on the district website that the main campus went into lockdown about 2:20 p.m. because of a police chase that came onto the campus.  Two people got out of the car and fled into the woods near the schools. The lockdown was lifted about 20 minutes later after the two men were arrested.

District officials informed parents that that students would be arriving home 30 to 45 minutes late.
