Cicero Chainsaw Murderer Admits To Crime

Cicero, N,Y. - A Cicero man has pleaded guilty to chopping up a man he murdered with a chainsaw.

Corey Slattery admitted to the December 2016 murder of Aikeem Hudgins.  Prosecutors say that Slattery strangled Hudgins before trying to chop up his body and bury it. When that didn't work Slattery tried to burn the body. When that didn't work prosecutors say that Slattery dumped the body parts in various dumpsters in Onondaga and Oswego counties.

In exchange to pleading guilty to second-degree murder, Slattery is expected to be sentenced in January to 20 years to life in prison.
