Attica, N.Y. - A prison transfer for one of the men that lead Police on a missive manhunt for weeks near the Canadian Border.
David Sweat, one of two prisoners who broke out of Clinton Correctional Facility in 2015, has been moved to Attica Correctional Facility. Sweat had been at the Five Points Correctional Facility since his recapture.
The 37-Year-Old was sentenced to life in prison for killing a Broome County sheriff’s deputy in 2002.
His escape accomplice Richard Matt was killed by police during the three-week manhunt.
