Utica, N.Y. - A 17-year-old has been arrested for shooting a school bus last month.
Matthew Millan was arrested by U.S. Marshalls in the Bronx. Utica Police say on Oct. 25 Milan shot a school bus that had just picked up students as it was leaving Proctor High School.
Investigators say that Milan was in an argument on Hilton Ave. adjacent to the parking lot where the bus was.
