Cortland County sheriff's office is making public the name of a man killed in a crash early Sunday morning.
Sheriff's investigators say that excessive speed was a factor in the crash on Route 41 that killed Robert Fink around 7am in the town of Cincinnatus. The investigation found that Fink's vehicle left the roadway on a curve, striking an embankment and going airborne, shearing a telephone pole and rolling several times. Fink was the only passenger in the vehicle at the time.
