Police ask people in several Fingerlakes counties including Cayuga to be on the lookout for a 21-year-old woman missing since Monday.(ALEXA)The New York State Missing Person's Clearinghous is seeking the whereabouts of Starrlita Smith, a developmentally disabled woman who may be in need of medical attention. Smith was last seen in Livingston County on Monday at 7pm. She's described as 120 pounds, 5 feet 5 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes. Starrlita was carrying two blankets and was wearing blue jeans, a pink pullover, and white sneakers. Anyone with information should contact state police.
