One man is under arrest and another is still being sought for a rash of car break-ins in northern Onondaga County.
Deputies caught Robert Snyder taking items out of unlocked cars in the village of Liverpool early Sunday morning. They are still on the hunt for another man, who police suspect has been going through cars in several neighborhoods off Bear Road in North Syracuse. Anyone with information about these break-ins should contact the Onondaga County Sheriff's Department.
