A Utica man faces multiple assault and other charges after attacking several people with what police describe as a "sharp cutting instrument."
Officers sent to Cornelia Street Saturday night found there were multiple victims, both male and female, who received numerous injuries ranging from minor to serious that were made by a sharp cutting instrument. Further investigation by detectives determined that Kli (KLEE) Kley was responsible for all of the assaults. Kley is charged with three counts of second degree assault and three counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
