Oswego, N.Y. - An Oswego man yelling obscenities out of his truck at pedestrians Sunday was apparently driving drunk.
State Police say witnesses complained to Troopers at the Oswego Speedway that a man driving a gray Chevy Silverado was driving erratically and swearing at them. Officers were able to catch up Kevin Schute and arrested him after they determined he was driving drunk. He's been released from jail and will be back in court next Thursday.
