Onondaga, N.Y. - Two men are on the loose after beating a man over an unleashed dog and Onondaga Sheriff Deputies are trying to find out who they are.
Deputies say a man was hit in the face after he confronted the duo about their pitbull not being on a leash in the Split Rock Quarry.
The first man is described as white, 6'0" tall, weighing 220 pounds, with facial hair. The second is also white, 6'0" tall, but weighs about 185 pounds, with a beard.
