Jordan Elbridge Students Go Home Early

Jordan, N.Y. - Early dismissal for the the kids at Jordan Elbridge today.

District officials say that there is an electrical failure at the high school only. The students were sent home at 11 a.m. The community fitness center at the school is also closed.

District officials say that there is an electrical failure at the high school only. The students were sent home at 11. The community fitness center at the school is closed, too.

Due to an electrical failure that is affecting the septic system at Jordan-Elbridge High School, students will be dismissed today at 11 a.m. The afternoon BOCES will still take place as scheduled.

The cross country meet will take place as scheduled. The JV and varsity volleyball games will be moved to the middle school. The girls’ varsity soccer team will be picked up at the field house at 4:30 p.m.

District leaders believe this issue should be resolved sometime today. If it is not, parents will be notified via the district’s messaging system.

The JE community fitness center is also closed tonight.
