Spafford, N.Y. - A man's body has been pulled from Skaneateles Lake after a drowning Wednesday morning. Deputies received a call for a missing boater at around 8:30 a.m.
Wednesday in the town of Spafford. The caller reported that the victim, described as a 38 year old male from the Lafayette area, dove into the water and did not resurface after 10 minutes. Divers recovered his body from the waters at 10 am, and his abandoned boat was found about 100 yards from the shore.
