Men Accused In 11-Y/O's Rape, Murder Enter Pleas

Norwich, BN.Y. - Two-men accused of raping an 11-year-old girl causing her death are pleading not-guilty.

James Brower and Tobias Rundstrom-Wooding are accused of raping and killing Jacelyn O’Connor when she was over at Brower's home visiting her half-brothers. 

The two men were indicted by a Chenango County grand jury last week on a litany of charges including from murder, rape, and tampering with evidence.

Both could spend the rest of their lives in prison if convicted.

Brower is being held on $400,000 bail, while Rundstrom-Wooding is being held on $500,000 bail.
