Syracuse, N.Y. - A Syracuse man accused of sex abuse has been formally sentenced to 20 years in prison this morning.
58-year-old Kim Soriano spent the past three months trying to withdraw his guilty plea after claiming he was "tricked" into entering a plea deal. His claim that he wouldn't have pleaded at all if he had known the severity of the witnesses' testimony was dismissed by the Judge.
Soriano had admitted to police that he repeatedly raped and sexually abused four girls in 2014 and 2015.
