Clay, N.Y. - A Liverpool man has been arrested again for taking pictures of women while they are using the bathroom.
Garrett Monds is accused of taking pictures of women in the bathroom at the Rite Aid Warehouse on Henry Clay Boulevard.
Onondaga County Sheriff's Deputies say Monds is accused of taking pictures of a woman he worked with from an adjoining stall. The victim reported the incident to management, who notified deputies.
He was arrested for similar behavior back in May following an incident at OCC where he was a student.
Monds is charged with felony unlawful surveillance.
