Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police are looking for three men who stole the massive American Flag from the top of the State Tower Building last month.
Investigators say the men were able to get into the building around 2:30 a.m. on Aug. 15, use the stairwell to get to the top floor of the building and somehow made it up to the roof. The men then smuggled the 12 foot by 15 foot flag off the roof, out the building, and got away in what looks like a White PT Cruiser.
