An Oswego County man is behind bars after cops say he tried to drag the father of several young children with his car.
36 year old Steven Douglas pulled up to a home in Palermo with children int he back seat and when their father attempted to remove the kids from the car, Douglas sped off, dragging the victim with him.
Douglas has now been charged with Assault and Reckless Endangerment, along with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The children in the car were not injured and the victim was not seriously hurt.
