Albany, N.Y. - The only man convicted in the disappearance of Heidi Allen in 1995 has been placed in Hospice Care.
Gary Thibodeau is serving 25-years to life in prison for the kidnapping. Thibodeau’s brother says the convict is receiving care at the Coxsackie Correctional Facility and that his bother’s legal team is pursuing a medical parole.
Thibodeau has repeatedly appealed his conviction for Allen's disappearance and currently is awaiting a hearing in the state's highest court. Not date has been set.
