Manlius, N.Y. – Police say a Utica man with a revoked license caused a serious thruway crash in Manlius.
Police say Manuel Heredia fell asleep behind the wheel in Manlius on Sunday. When he woke up he jerked the wheel and caused a crash that ejected a passenger out of the back window. Her condition isn't known but police were surprised to find her conscious when they took her to the hospital.
Heredia's due back in court at a later date for various related charges.
