Syracuse, N.Y. - A man is being medically evaluated for strange behavior on Syracuse's East Side.
Police were called yesterday to Sherbourne Road and Crawford Avenue for a man yelling and acting erratically and possibly having weapons. Residents were called and warned to stay in their homes as he retreated into his home. Police set up a barricade and were able to get him out safely.
No weapons were found on him and no charges have been filed yet.
