Manlius, N.Y. - Manlius Police are giving the all-clear after spending all night following up on reports of an armed man roving outside the village.
Officers say several agencies responded about 5:45 p.m. Monday after receiving calls about an armed with a rifle and knife blocking traffic on Macclenthen Road between Salt Springs Road and the East Seneca Turnpike.
Police shut down the road while searching for the man. Officers re-opened the road at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.
