Constantia, N.Y. - The Oswego County Health Department will conduct aerial spraying tonight to try and kill off the local mosquito population. The spraying will take place in the Toad Harbor Swamp area in the Town of Constantia
The state has declared a public health threat from the mosquito population there because they are carrying the Triple E and West Nile Viruses.
