A Baldwinsville woman has been charged with a felony after State Police say she went on an attack with pruning shears.
Troopers have arrested 59 year old Diana Frentzel with Third Degree Criminal Mischief, a felony, after she was caught on surveillance tape with damaging a Nissan pickup truck with pruning shears that had been parked in a driveway of home on Mercer Street.
State Police didn't reveal any sort of motive for the pruning shear attack but she was also charged with Criminal Trespass too.
