An Oneida County man has been arrested after police say he was caught on video sexually abusing a child.
28 year old Jason Edwards has been charged in the case and the victim is under 8 years old.State Police were called to to a home in the Town of Madison after a caller said that a sex offense against a child was in progress.
Investigators reviewed a video and they determined that Edwards had sexual contact with a child. Edwards was charged with First Degree Sexual Abuse, but he has since posted bail and is out on the street again.
