An Oswego landlord is now being sued after it's alleged that he subjected his female tenants for sexual harassment including unwanted sexual contact.
Doug Waterbury is being sued by Central New York Fair Housing. He's accused in the lawsuit of preying upon women who are desperate for housing over a period of years. He's accused of asking for sexual favors in some cases for a reduced rent.
Waterbury owns dozens of other properties locally including the Renaissance Festival and the Sylvan Beach Amusement Park. He has been unavailable for comment.
