An Oneida County man has been arrested by State Police after he tried to choke a family member.
Troopers have nabbed 37 year old Curtis Henry of Remsen on a charge of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing. State Police say the attack involved a family member when Henry had physically put his hands around the victim's neck and made it hard for them to breathe. Henry was charged with a misdemeanor and later released.
