An Oneida County man has been arrested after police say he sexually abused two young children in one night.
Sheriffs Deputies have arrested 55 year old James Caruso of Utica after police say he sexually abused two young children, ages 8 and 10. He's been charged with two counts of First Degree Sexual Abuse.
Investigators say the girls were assaulted Monday night at a home in Rome. Police won't say what sort of relationship he had with the victims, but they say further charges may be pending.
