Oneida County Sheriffs Deputies have arrested a Utica man on rape charges.Police responded to a call of a domestic dispute in Utica between 25 year old Luis Silvagnoli Junior and a female teenager.
Police later determined that the man had been in a sexual relationship with the teen, who was under the age of 17.
Silvagnoli was also charged with Unlawful Imprisonment and Harassment during the domestic dispute. He's now being held on $15,000 bail and a order of protection was issued for the victim.
