State Police have arrested an East Syracuse music teacher on sex charges.Troopers have hauled in 42 year old Michael Waite of Mattydale on a charge of Course Sexual Conduct Against a Child, which is a felony.
Waite is a private music teacher who owns Mike Waite's Music studio in East Syracuse. He's accused of having sexual conduct with a child less than 13 years old, but police say the victim was not one of Waite's students. State Police say they're looking for further information on Waite and he's now being held on $5,000 bail.
